2016 has been another important year for my design projects but also for the ones of Lightweight Architecture. An approach and a “philosophy” that I think perfectly matches the changing needs of society. Each idea is a great challenge and needs a long process to be realized. In 2017 I am presenting some projects that are the result of a hard work and a deep collaboration with great companies and I am enthusiastic of the result.
In my work I have always tried to explore new ideas and combine different aspects, looking for a balance between art, design and technique, with a great attention to engineering innovation and material research. Each idea is a great challenge and needs a long process to be realized. In 2017 I am presenting some projects that are the result of a hard work and a deep collaboration with great companies and I am enthusiastic of the result. Diade for Luceplan which is a lighting solution that also offer high sound absorption performance with its panels and Regista for Tribù which is a classic folding chair, introducing a new mechanism are some of my new designs that I will present in 2017.
2016 has been another important year for my design projects but also for the ones of Lightweight Architecture. An approach and a “philosophy” that I think perfectly matches the changing needs of society. A light architecture that combines exceptional functionality and technology with sophisticated design, adhering to the principles of sustainability with measured and controlled use of resources and attention to the environment. Among the design projects, Pavilion Daybed for Tribù, an innovative and modular system of small and medium-sized architectures to create protected areas in terraces and gardens and Amor Cortese for Punt which is a collection of sofas that combines the strength and the texture of solid wood to the softness of shapes and fabrics are some of my designs from 2016.
