The MIPIM 2025 experience has provided us with a clear roadmap for our future strategies. We believe that the preparation process for the upcoming period must be conducted in a much more distinct and comprehensive manner.
MIPIM 2025 | perspective…
As MIPIM 2025 was our inaugural participation, it served primarily as a period of observation and analysis rather than one for commercial matchmaking. In this major platform where we took part for the first time, we experienced firsthand the critical importance of the preparation process and pre-fair strategy.
While we found it challenging to sense the field reflections of The Global Urban Festival theme throughout the fair. In particular, the intense clustering within national pavilions somewhat restricted opportunities for mutual business development between different countries. The atmosphere was dominated by existing relationships circulating within their own circles, rather than the discovery of current trends.
One of our observations about the organization concerned Turkey’s physical positioning at the fair. The scattered layout of Turkish firms and stands across the exhibition area weakened the strong and professional stance we ought to show as a country. This lack of a holistic appearance made it difficult to create the intended impact on belief.

Having national firms found in a collective area will multiply the positive impact created.
Physical participation alone is not sufficient for success; a collective mindset must be set up with all participants prior to the fair, and we must arrive in Cannes with strategic action plans in place.
