MIPIM 2019
MIPIM is an international platform where real estate executives meet. You can meet top-executives of many international firms and talk about business opportunities. This is what we expect from MIPIM. We want to expand our local work for surveying, urban development, or transformation services in international platforms. Gladly had experiences in the past at MIPIM’s and signed important deals to do business in Germany, Holland, and Russia. In this framework, we signed a mutual cooperation agreement with TÜV SÜD ImmoWert GmbH which has more than 50 real estate specialists in eight different centers in Germany, for providing machine and real estate valuation services. Likewise, we made a cooperation agreement with the Russian company PROEVENT, the organizer of the international real estate investment fair PROESTATE. We had negotiations for developing similar projects this year. In particular, we met members of the Russian Federation and the French business world for taking new steps.
Along with the foreign representatives, the most prominent representatives of the Turkish sector are coming here. We make important negotiations with them for cooperation. Considering the benefits, I can say MIPIM’s are rather productive for us. MIPIM is a prestigious venue highlighted in the agendas of real estate representatives. Almost 4,000 senior executives of the real estate sector meet here for three days. The most important international actors are here. And we represent our country in this environment. Attending the event and being part of these programs are important for global branding.
